These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website horyntic.com, operated by Horyntic S.A.S. By accessing the platform, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, we ask that you do not use the site.
1. Operator identification
Horyntic S.A.S., CUIT 30-71856234-9, with legal domicile at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th Floor, Office B, C1043AAZ, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Registration with the National Securities Commission (CNV) No. 1087, in the crowdlending platform operator category. Registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice (IGJ). Company incorporated in 2021.
2. Nature of the service
Horyntic is a digital platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate projects through the crowdlending model. The platform does not act as a financial entity, nor as a stockbroker, nor as an investment advisor. The information published is for informational purposes and does not constitute an investment recommendation.
3. Investment risks
All investments through the platform involve inherent risks, including the possible partial or total loss of invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future performance. Each published project contains its own description of risks, terms, and conditions. It is the investor's responsibility to evaluate each opportunity before making a contribution.
4. Use of the website
The user agrees to use the site lawfully, respecting current legislation and these terms. It is prohibited to: use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes; attempt to access restricted areas of the system; reproduce, distribute, or modify content without express authorization; and provide false or misleading information.
5. Intellectual property
All site content — including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and software — is the property of Horyntic S.A.S. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws in force in Argentina. Its reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without prior written authorization.
6. Limitation of liability
Horyntic does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of technical errors. The platform shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, service interruptions, errors in published information, or actions of third parties.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the site. By using the platform, you accept the processing of your data in accordance with said policy and Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
9. Modifications
Horyntic reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of their publication on the site. Continued use of the platform after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
